The Association
The Philatelic Club San Daniele "Lucio Manzini" was born, in fact the will of Iervasutti Gastone in 1966, which involved the lawyer Lucio Manzini, adviser of the Federation of the Italian Philatelic Societies.
In September 1969 was the official birth of the Circle, and its president was the natural lawyer. Lucio Manzini.
A major recognition came in 2003 with the inclusion of the Circle in the gold register of the Italian Philately by the Italian Federation of the Italian Philatelic Societies.
b) The promotion, even with the internal constitution of working groups, meetings and discussions that allow its members to learn, develop and enhance knowledge and skills;
c) The organization of appointments and meetings in schools, focusing on the schools of the municipality in their offices;
d) Collaboration and the organization of joint initiatives with other organizations and associations whose purpose and goals in harmony with those of the Club;
e) The use of public facilities be made available by local authorities in order to spread the benefits of its institutional activities to as many people as possible;
f) The provision of free advice and suggestions;
g) The conservation and expansion of the library specifically targeted to the interests of scholars of philately.

The Circle is an association of citizens, free and independent, completely unrelated to political issues, party, trade union, religious and racial hatred, regardless of sex, age, social status or other and expresses the desire of individuals to live a cultural experience, social and recreational.
The Circle stands as statutory purpose and institutional development activities and dissemination of culture in the field of philately, and various forms of collecting as a means of training and deepening of the members.The Club will effectively implement their goalsprimarily through:
a) The spread of institutional business with the organization of many exhibitions, seminars, conferences, roundtables, training, preparation and processing, surveys, etc.., eliciting all appropriate means and by taking all possible options to act in accordance with local regulations and the Articles of Association;b) The promotion, even with the internal constitution of working groups, meetings and discussions that allow its members to learn, develop and enhance knowledge and skills;
